We were angling for a four-day week last y...labbie,<br />We were angling for a four-day week last year. It would save a lot of energy, in my opinion. Just in bus gas. And MY gas. But cooler heads prevailed. Reasons given were that it would interfere with sports and practices, that the buildings would still have to be heated and cooled, and that kids would not have food every three-day weekend.<br /><br />On Friday, I am scheduled to attend three and a half hours on Technology, and three and a half hours on Gaggle. The...The schools here have a 4 day week this year. They are off on Monday. The 4 days of school have an extra 45 minutes for the students and I think they said an extra 1 1/2 hours for the teachers.
