Winner, Winner, Deli Sandwich Dinner

The Devil redeemed himself with my second sandwich. This one had taste. It had flavor. I would get it again. But still trim off some bread.

This sandwich is the New York Deli.

It contains Pastrami, Black Forest Ham, Hard Salami, and Baby Swiss Cheese on White French Bread. Maybe it's just the bread I'm not fond of. I still trimmed a bunch of it off. This time slicing down the length of the top and bottom sections. Then I heated this one in the oven.

The picture promised me this:

What I got was this:

Pretty close, don't you think? Plus, it came with a packet of yellow mustard, and Duke's mayonnaise. Farmer H can have the mustard to take to his SUS2.5 with his mini cheeseburgers. I used the Duke's mayo. Not all at once, just a little squirt on each bite. I find there's more flavor that way. And since I'm not eating in person at a fancy restaurant, I have no qualms about my manners. I also had a crunchy dill pickle on the side, and a few of Farmer H's Ruffles potato chips. The crumbs at the bottom of the bag that he shuns.

It's a bit disconcerting to see all the ingredients that are not actual food. But as for the nutrition, you can't go wrong with 30 grams of protein.

Yes, I would definitely have this New York Deli sandwich again. But the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich can go cross the road!
