Despite two days off in a row, and the weather being mild in the 50s, The Pony incurred another injury on Friday. Not a serious one, knock on wood! But an annoyance to make the day even longer. It was 3:40 when I got the text.
"Owwww. I pulled something in my butt/hip curve area. Leg tried to collapse! I'll text you when I'm off. It probably won't be before 6:30."
"Okay. Hope your butt feels better!"
At 6:41, I got an update.
"Clocked out and going home. It feels not great. From how I described the spot and the pop and stuff, one of the managers thinks it's something with the sciatic nerve, so gonna try some stretches and exercises."
"Yes. Sis has had that problem."
"Yeah. The in and out of the truck at the end of my route has just really aggravated it. Having something to relax and running a bath, with pizza coming so I can be off my feet."
"Hopefully your bath jets will give you some relief."
The next morning, The Pony was feeling better. He may or may not have made use of a now-legal substance in Hillmomba that can be ingested for medicinal purposes. Plus the bath jets and stretching.
Gotta keep The Pony from pulling up lame!

Rescued from spam! The Pony says the extra money he paid Farmer H for the big bathtub with jets is the best purchase he ever made.
