I've been fighting with my internet connection tonight. Have it. Don't have it. Reload. Hold my breath. Reconnect. "Update failed." Not worth the effort. I'm not staying up later, nor getting up early, on the chance that the weather might clear.
This rain and hail do not bode well for our new dirt hill...

I hate days like that! No connection,etc. I've learned to just turn the whole shebang off and read a book for a few hours, it usually happens here earlier in the day and I am almost always turned off by 7pm anyway.

Sometimes I play solitaire, but this time I set out the dry snacks for our Super Bowl feast, and made a list of the cooking temps and times for the frozen foods, so we'll know the order and combinations we can warm in the oven. Then I made the Hidden Valley Ranch Dip. So it wasn't wasted time. Just an interlude that came when I normally type up my blog posts for the next day. I didn't even know storms were in the forecast.
Some days everythig falls into place and most days it doesn't .....
